Welcome to myQLine™! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the myQLine™ mobile application and related services provided by Nephos IT Solutions.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirements

2.2 Account Restrictions
You may not use our Services if you have been previously banned, are prohibited by law, or do not meet the age requirements.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Accuracy
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Update your information to keep it accurate
- Not impersonate any person or entity
- Not create multiple accounts for the same business
3.2 Account Security
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
4. Services Description
4.1 For Customers
- Browse businesses using the App
- View queue status and estimated wait times
- Join queues remotely
- Track your position in the queue
- Receive notifications about your queue status
- Update your status (On My Way, I'm Here)
- Cancel your place in the queue
- Book advance reservation slots at businesses
- View and manage your upcoming reservations
4.2 For Businesses
- Manage customer queues digitally
- View and manage customer queue entries
- Call customers when it's their turn
- Send notifications to customers
- View queue analytics and reports
- Generate QR codes for customers to join
- Manage operating hours and queue settings
- Accept and manage advance reservations
- Set up time slots for customer bookings
5. Subscription Plans (For Businesses)
5.1 Available Plans

5.2 Free Trial
- All new businesses receive a 7-day free trial
- Trial includes up to 500 customers
- Trial ends when either 7 days pass OR 500 customers are served
- No credit card required to start trial
5.3 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Payment is processed through Razorpay
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes
- Customer count resets at the start of each billing period
5.4 Plan Upgrades
- You can upgrade from Basic to Pro or Business at any time
- Upgrades take effect immediately with a new billing cycle
- Customer count resets to 0 when you upgrade
6. Refund Policy
No Refunds
All subscription payments are non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds for any subscription payments, including monthly fees, partial month usage, unused features, or account cancellation.
6.1 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
- No refund will be provided for the remaining period
6.2 Exceptions
Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion only for duplicate charges due to technical errors, or charges made after account termination by us. Contact support@qline.co within 7 days of the charge.
7. Customer Responsibilities
7.1 Queue Conduct
- Join queues only when you genuinely intend to visit the business
- Arrive at the business within a reasonable time of being called
- Update your status accurately (On My Way, I'm Here)
- Cancel your queue position if you cannot make it
- Treat business staff with respect
7.2 Prohibited Customer Actions
- Join multiple queues at the same business simultaneously
- Use automated tools or bots to join queues
- Share your queue position with others
- Provide false information when joining a queue
8. Business Responsibilities
8.1 Service Commitment
- Honour all queue positions issued through the App
- Serve customers in the order they appear in the queue
- Provide accurate estimated wait times
- Notify customers promptly when it's their turn
- Maintain accurate business information
8.2 Prohibited Business Actions
- Discriminate against customers
- Manipulate queue positions unfairly
- Use the App for illegal activities
- Charge customers for joining the queue through myQLine
9. Prohibited Uses (All Users)
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Post offensive, defamatory, or obscene content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Scrape or collect data without permission
10. Intellectual Property
myQLine and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Nephos IT Solutions and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We are not responsible for third-party services (Razorpay, Firebase, etc.), actions of businesses using our platform, quality of service provided by businesses, disputes between customers and businesses, or accuracy of wait time estimates.
12. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed:
- For Customers: ₹1,000 (One Thousand Rupees)
- For Businesses: The amount paid in the 3 months preceding the claim
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nephos IT Solutions from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
14. Account Termination
14.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account by using the "Delete Account" option in the App or by emailing support@qline.co.
14.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, abuse the Services, or fail to pay subscription fees (for Businesses).
14.3 Effect of Termination
- Your access to the Services will be revoked
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days
- Outstanding payments remain due (for Businesses)
- No refunds will be provided
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal complaint, contact us at support@qline.co to attempt informal resolution. We will respond within 15 business days.
15.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
15.3 Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India.
15.4 Arbitration
For disputes exceeding ₹10,00,000 (Ten Lakh Rupees), either party may elect binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in Tirupati in English.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
